Job summary

You will support UPark customers and Adelaide Central Bus Station users, using the car park management system to assist customers, monitor security and ensure smooth day-to-day operations both on-site and remotely.

Qualifications

• Valid Australian Driver’s License.
• Availability to work varying shift times.
• Experience in delivering efficient customer service.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and web applications.
• Understanding of Car Park Operating Systems (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Be the key point of support for UPark customers and Adelaide Central Bus Station users.
• Use UPark’s car park management system to assist customers, monitor security and manage cash at pay stations.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate bus bay scheduling.
• Ensure car parks open and close on time and respond to customer inquiries.
• Monitor CCTV activity and escalate safety concerns as needed.
• Provide administrative support and collaborate with security teams as required.
• Assist with reporting maintenance issues and staff assistance during incidents.
