Casella Family Brands in Yenda, NSW, seeks a Vintage Fruit Scheduling Officer to support the Grape Intake Scheduler during the 2027 vintage. You will coordinate daily harvest logistics, communicate with growers, contract harvesters and winery departments, and maintain critical data and documentation.

The role requires prior office experience, strong IT skills (Microsoft Office), and excellent organisational and communication abilities.

We’re seeking aVintage Fruit Scheduling Officerto assist the Grape Intake Scheduler in coordinating daily harvest logistics. This role involves communicating with growers, contract harvesters, and winery departments, while managing time-critical data and documentation to ensure smooth scheduling operations.
