Job summary

Casella Family Brands is seeking a hands-on Vintage Cellar Hand - Forklift for the 2027 grape harvest in Yenda, NSW. You’ll support wine transfers and operate/clean cellar equipment as part of a lively winery team.

Must hold a forklift licence with practical experience, be physically fit and available January–April 2027. Willingness to learn and reliability are essential; interviews will be held in Griffith, NSW, with video options for non-locals.

Join our vibrant vintage team in Yenda for the 2027 grape harvest! Each year, we welcome enthusiastic people from across Australia and around the world to be part of this exciting seasonal experience. Experienced forklift drivers are essential during vintage.

As aVintage Cellar Hand - Forklift, you’ll be involved in a wide range of cellar operations including:

• Wine transfers
• Equipment operation and cleaning

No experience? No worries! We value a great attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. If you’ve worked in hospitality, farming, or other hands-on roles, that’s a bonus!

What you’ll need:

• Valid Forklift licence and forklift experience
• Physically fit and ready to roll up your sleeves
• Able to work shifts and weekends
• Your own reliable transport
• Available for the full vintage period (January to April 2027)
• At least 18 years old by 31 January 2027

Nice to have:

• Experience working in confined spaces
• Previous winery experience
