Job summary

Wests Group Macarthur invites aspiring chefs to join our dynamic kitchen as a full-time Apprentice Chef. You will work under experienced chefs, gain hands-on skills, and contribute to busy service in a vibrant Macarthur area kitchen.

We support you to complete a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery while you learn food preparation, plating techniques, and kitchen operations in a friendly team environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• Immaculate standard of personal presentation, hygiene and grooming.
• This is a full time role that will require you to have flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Capacity to complete a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
• Drivers Licence would be an advantage.
