WGA in West Perth, WA, Australia, is seeking Civil Design professionals to join a Tier 1–level team delivering major highways, windfarms, and bulk earthworks. You will work with senior engineers, contribute to high‑quality design solutions, and collaborate across projects in a flexible, supportive environment.

Proven 12d design experience and OpenRoads exposure are valued, with a strong emphasis on meeting project timeframes and standards within a national Civil Design team.

Qualifications

• 12d design experience required or strongly valued.
• Exposure to OpenRoads highly regarded.
• Understanding Austroads and relevant local standards expected.

A strong pipeline across Australia and New Zealand and excellent growth within our WA region has led to the development of exciting and secure Civil Design opportunities based in West Perth.

Learning from Senior Engineers and Designers, being challenged on a range of projects you won't be siloed into one sector making no two days the same.

About you:

• Proven 12d design experience. Exposure to OpenRoads will also be highly regarded.
• Understanding of Austroads & relevant local Standards
• Ability to work autonomously and with our local Civil Engineering team to deliver high level design solutions on major highways, access roads, windfarms, bulk earthworks and more!
• Desire to develop working relationships within our National Civil Design team, promoting the sharing of knowledge and ability to work across projects regardless of the Region in Australia
• Passion and enthusiasm for technical delivery standards and delivering to project timeframes
