Job summary

CGC Recruitment in Margaret River, WA is seeking an experienced civil designer to own 12D Model and AutoCAD design across a growing land development portfolio. You will be the sole designer in a regional office, balancing independence with support from a small local team and Perth HQ visits.

With a strong project pipeline, you’ll take responsibility for delivering high-quality designs from concept to documentation, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to meet deadlines and project

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in civil design.
• Strong proficiency in 12D Model and AutoCAD - essential.
• Experience delivering land development projects - essential.
• Able to work independently and manage design deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed designs using 12D Model and AutoCAD.
• Manage design tasks from concept through to detailed design and documentation.
• Work closely with engineers, project teams and stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.

Looking for more autonomy and the chance to make a real impact? Join a well-established boutique engineering consultancy with a team of around 40+ delivering a strong pipeline of land development projects across WA.

Based in the Margaret River office, you'll be the sole designer in a growing regional office, taking ownership of 12D design delivery while working alongside a supportive, close-knit team. You'll have the independence to manage your own workload, with support from the local team and weekly/fortnightly visits from the Perth HQ team.
