WGA, an AtkinsRéalis Company, is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our West Perth team. This entry-level opportunity lets you kick-start your engineering career on meaningful infrastructure projects, supported by experienced professionals and a structured graduate program.

You will learn on the job, develop technical and professional skills, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders while contributing to multi-disciplinary teams across transportation, water, and resources

Qualifications

• Have recently graduated, or be in your final year of study, in Civil Engineering.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

About Our Role

Due to exciting growth across our WA region, WGA is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our West Perth team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your engineering career with a growing, people-focused consultancy. You'll contribute to meaningful projects, learn from experienced industry professionals, and develop your technical and professional skills during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

In partnership with industry leaders, WGA has developed an inclusive and engaging Graduate Program designed to support your transition from study to professional practice. We are interested in hearing from recent graduates and final-year students who are passionate about building a rewarding career in engineering.

This position will commence in February 2027.
