Building Talent Recruitment – Brisbane QLD is seeking a highly organized Senior Civil Designer to join our Queensland team. You’ll manage the design delivery across projects, developing detailed designs using 12D and AutoCAD while coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

This role focuses on urban and land development, offering leadership responsibilities and ongoing career growth within a growing consultancy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience within an Australian engineering design consultancy, preferably in Queensland.
• Drainage experience highly regarded.
• Proficient in 12D and AutoCAD.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly report writing.
• Experience leading and delivering multiple projects.
• Excellent knowledge of the Queensland market, Australian Standards and Council design standards.
• Good understanding of Service Authority design approval and construction standards.

The Role

As part of the business's continued growth in Queensland, an opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Senior Civil Designer to join the team, reporting to the QLD Manager.

You’ll manage the delivery of all design aspects of your projects, developing detailed designs and documentation using 12D and AutoCAD, and working closely with key clients and stakeholders throughout delivery.

Projects will span both urban and land development.
