Nisbets Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a 12-month maternity cover to support the Store Manager, drive sales and ensure excellent customer experiences. You will coach and develop the team, oversee daily operations, stock, merchandising and administration while delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, a customer-focused mindset and a proven ability to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Assistant Store Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• Proven ability to develop and coach team members.
• Strong customer service ethos and relationship-building skills.
• Track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day store operations and customer service delivery.
• Lead, coach and develop team members to improve performance.
• Drive sales and achieve store KPIs through effective coaching.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training activities.
• Manage stock, inventory accuracy and merchandising standards.
• Handle store administration, reporting and processes.
• Act as escalation point for customer concerns and issues.
