Job summary

OneSchool Global VIC in Melbourne invites applications for a Specialist Learning Support Teacher at the Berwick Campus, starting January 2027 on a permanent 0.4 FTE basis. The role involves 1:1 support for students with high needs within a modern, technology-enabled learning environment.

You will be VIT-registered with a strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum, capable of identifying needs, differentiating instruction, and developing IEPs.

Qualifications

• VIT-registered teacher with strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum.
• Ability to identify and evaluate student needs, differentiate instruction across the learning spectrum.
• Experience collecting and analysing data and creating IEPs.
• Experience working with students with ASD is essential, including high-need autism.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate student needs and differentiate instruction.
• Collect and analyse data to inform planning and IEP development.
• Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs).
• Provide professional guidance to staff and lead training on differentiated teaching.
• Support students during lessons and study time, including online via Zoom.
