Join our Global Social Media Team in Salzburg, Austria and play a pivotal role in the strategy, ideation, development and delivery of content for Red Bull's network of YouTube channels, while acting as a central source of YouTube expertise and education for stakeholders across the business.

Working as part of a centralized team of YouTube specialists in Salzburg, Austria, you'll help shape and develop content that is designed to succeed on the platform. By combining data, audience insights, and creative thinking, you'll identify opportunities, strengthen storytelling, and transform ideas into compelling YouTube-first concepts. With a meticulous approach to content development, you'll blend creativity, editorial instinct, and innovation with a deep understanding of the ever-evolving creator ecosystem. Alongside teams across the business, you'll contribute to content that resonates with audiences, drives organic growth, and elevates performance across Red Bull's global YouTube network.

CONTENT DEVELOPMENT

At the heart of this role is the development of authentic, high-impact YouTube content that connects with audiences around the world. Drawing upon a strong understanding of storytelling, audience behaviour, video packaging, titles, and thumbnails, you'll help shape content that stands apart from traditional formats and drives channel growth. From early-stage ideas through to developed concepts, you'll work across a wide range of Red Bull projects, ensuring stories are built with YouTube audiences in mind from the very beginning.

YOUTUBE IDEATION

Creativity and innovation are essential to success in this position. Together with the team, you'll generate original content concepts and scalable formats with the potential to reach audiences worldwide. Whether building ideas from scratch or reimagining existing projects, your focus will be on developing bold, entertaining and platform-native concepts that create impact across the Red Bull ecosystem.

YOUTUBE EDUCATION

Sharing YouTube best practices across markets will be a key part of your role. Through workshops, training sessions, and regular collaboration with creators, athletes, and teams, you'll help elevate content performance and strengthen YouTube expertise across the business. By translating platform insights into practical recommendations, you'll support stakeholders in creating more effective content and continuously improving their understanding of YouTube development.

LOCAL POWER - GLOBAL SUCCESS

Close collaboration with Red Bull's global network of channels will be a key part of the role. By sharing expertise in scripting, creative development, titling, editing and production, you'll help maximise content performance and audience engagement. Beyond project support, you'll build strong relationships with stakeholders across markets, acting as a trusted partner in the pursuit of world-class YouTube content.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• 3+ years of end-to-end YouTube content production, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating audience growth and content success
• Proven expertise across all stages of content development and production, from ideation and scripting through to publishing and performance analysis
• Outstanding writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop compelling scripts, shoot beats, and YouTube-first concepts
• Strong editing capabilities and a solid understanding of video production workflows, cameras, shooting best practices, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Deep knowledge of YouTube best practices, including audience retention, titles, thumbnails, and content optimisation strategies
• A collaborative mindset, the curiosity to continuously explore new ideas and formats. Fluent English skills; any additional language is considered an asset.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
