Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of end-to-end YouTube content production with a strong portfolio.
• Experience across ideation, scripting, editing, publishing and performance analysis.
• Outstanding writing and storytelling skills and ability to develop YouTube-first concepts.
• Strong editing skills and knowledge of video production workflows and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep knowledge of YouTube best practices (retention, titles, thumbnails, optimization).
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to collaborate across markets and stakeholders.
