C2 Channel Two Consulting GmbH in Vienna is seeking a creative YouTube content specialist who can shape editorial concepts, scripts, and hooks across industries. You’ll act as the engine linking clients, film crews, and our internal team to deliver engaging videos.

You bring a solid foundation in digital media, fluent German and English, and a hands-on mindset. A grow-into-it bonus is offered with a modern hybrid studio setup in 1050 Wien.

YOUR PLAYING FIELD (WHAT YOU DO):

• Editorial & Dramaturgy: You develop tailor-made content concepts, scripts, and hooks across multiple industries and keep user attention sustained.
• Visual Thinking & Design Sense: Cinematography, pacing, and B-roll integrate directly into your concepts. Your thumbnail vision is clear before production starts.
• Project Leadership: You lead project setups autonomously as the interface between clients, film crews, and our internal team.
• Data-Drive: You interpret CTR, average watch time, and retention curves to iteratively improve formats.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Solid foundation in digital, social media, or content marketing.
• Excellent German and English skills (fluent written and spoken).
