Zusammenfassung

PAYONE in Vienna is seeking a student intern to support the AML monitoring function. You will help identify unusual patterns, maintain customer data per AML rules, and prepare risk reports for supervisors and the compliance team.

We value a proactive, team-oriented mindset, strong German and English skills, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office. This internship offers flexible arrangements and extensive training opportunities within a global payments environment.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences, majoring in Banking & Finance.
• Excellent command of German and English (written and spoken).
• Proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and SAP; attention to detail and accuracy.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• You assist in monitoring business activities for unusual or suspicious patterns.
• You update customer information and documentation in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act, ensuring that all customer data (ownership structure, beneficial owners, authorized signatories) is current and complete.
• You ensure that all monitoring results, updates, and decisions made are documented and filed.
• You prepare reports on identified risks and customer assessments for supervisors and compliance departments.

Who Are We Looking For

• You are currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences, majoring in Banking & Finance
• You have an affinity for or a strong interest in cashless payments, acquiring, risk, and compliance
• You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
• You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, and value open communication
• You are fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
