PAYONE Austria GmbH in Vienna seeks a proactive student for a Young Talent in Ongoing Due Diligence to support our compliance team. The role involves monitoring for unusual patterns and maintaining customer data according to AML requirements, with documentation of results and preparation of risk reports for supervisors and compliance.

You will work closely with the team on regulatory processes, gain exposure to cashless payments, and contribute to ongoing improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences, majoring in Banking & Finance.
• Affinity for cashless payments, acquiring, risk and compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• You assist in monitoring business activities for unusual or suspicious patterns.
• You update customer information and documentation in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act, ensuring that all customer data (ownership structure, beneficial owners, authorized signatories) is current and complete.
• You ensure that all monitoring results, updates, and decisions made are documented and filed.
• You prepare reports on identified risks and customer assessments for supervisors and compliance departments.

• You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, and value open communication
• You are fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
