Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English and German; Czech is a strong plus.
• Based in Vienna; remote work flexibility may be available.
• Experience in sales support, commercial operations, or similar role.

Aufgaben

• Provide operational sales support across multiple markets (Central & Eastern Europe, Nordics, and DACH).
• Coordinate and monitor order handling and delivery processes.
• Support invoicing processes and follow up on open payments.
• Prepare and support public tender procurement and tender processes, including documentation and internal coordination.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding orders and requests.
• Support Sales Managers with documentation, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Ensure availability and alignment of sales and marketing materials.
