We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52,865.40 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.

Organisational Unit

The position is located in work and organizational psychology, with a focus on occupational health psychology. Our research addresses current issues in work and organizational psychology, examining how working conditions influence employee experiences and behavior and how employees, in turn, shape their working conditions.

A particular focus is on investigating dynamic and reciprocal relationships between work stressors and employee health and well-being. We use a broad range of empirical methods, including diary studies, experiments, and intensive longitudinal studies, and connect work and organizational psychology with perspectives from related disciplines.

We value independent research, methodological development, and an open and supportive working environment. The position offers the opportunity to develop your own research ideas, write a doctoral dissertation, and actively contribute to ongoing research projects.
