FERCAM Austria is expanding its transport sales team and seeks Transport Sales Managers to organise daily transport routes, interface with international partners, and manage pricing and yield. You will negotiate with existing partners, grow the network through new contacts, and travel across Europe to strengthen relationships.

You will work with a supportive team, coordinate with your department, and take on responsibility while growing with the role.

Tasks

What does a Transport Manager do?

• You organise and control the daily transport on your route. If there are difficulties, you will find solutions. You are the interface between our international partners and you control the price and yield of your transports.
• You will use your strengths in purchasing and sales negotiations with existing transport partners and expand our contacts by acquiring new partners. You will consolidate these relationships during business trips throughout Europe.
• Your team will support you in all your tasks. You will liaise with your department on an ongoing basis and together you will get the job done!
