Job summary

FERCAM Austria is expanding its team and is seeking a Transport Manager to organize daily transports, act as the interface between international partners, and steer price and yield management.

You will negotiate with existing partners and acquire new ones during business trips across Europe, supported by your team to deliver reliable transport solutions.

Tasks

What does a Transport Manager do?

• You organise and control the daily transport on your route. If there are difficulties, you will find solutions. You are the interface between our international partners and you control the price and yield of your transports.
• You will use your strengths in purchasing and sales negotiations with existing transport partners and expand our contacts by acquiring new partners. You will consolidate these relationships during business trips throughout Europe.
• Your team will support you in all your tasks. You will liaise with your department on an ongoing basis and together you will get the job done!
