Job summary

McKinsey & Company Austria is seeking a knowledgeable consultant to help clients achieve lasting transformation. You will join our MT practice across Germany or Austria and work with a collaborative team to deliver measurable performance improvements.

With a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 3+ years in professional services, you will drive change, build capability, and communicate effectively in English and German.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in professional service environments, especially management consulting, restructuring/transformation, investment banking, private equity, or large corporation.
• Experience in driving operational turnarounds and/or accelerated growth initiatives spanning critical strategic, revenue, cost, and working capital levers.
• Experience with financial modeling, analysis and valuation preferred.
• Ability to drive change through people leadership and capability building.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and German, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
