Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ERP transformation programs and at least one full lifecycle of S/4HANA implementation.
• Experience in designing and configuring a SAP module; work-stream leadership is a plus.
• Established credibility as a trusted advisor in complex SAP programs.
• Strong multitasking and time-management capabilities for large-scale projects.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity within an entrepreneurial environment; deliver results.
• Collaborative across international teams and levels of the organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior business and IT leaders.
• Proficiency in English and German for our German locations.
