Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a generalist Consultant affiliated to the BCG Transform practice. You will work hand in hand with the decision makers of our client company, having a real seat at the table, guiding companies from a variety of sectors through decisive changes around the globe.

The majority of your time will be spent as part of the BCG Transform team composed of members of different backgrounds collaborating intensively and building a long-term relation with our client.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in turnaround and restructuring topics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Consulting Experience: Experience working with clients across various industries, helping them tackle their most difficult challenges and create sustainable value.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in team settings and interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent oral and written language skills: German and English

Responsibilities

• Contribute to BCG Transform’s growth in operational and financial restructuring.
• Lead turnaround projects across industries and drive performance boosts.
• Analyze financials to assess situations and plan actions.
• Identify key improvements and present recommendations to leaders.
• Collaborate with client teams and share knowledge.
• Support business growth through client interactions and industry events.
