Job summary

Amann Girrbach AG in Mäder, Austria, is seeking a part-time Training Coordinator (m/f/d) to join the Global Training team at our Mäder location as soon as possible. You will plan, coordinate and execute international training activities, deliver a high-quality participant experience, and support the Education department while liaising with trainers, participants and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the professional planning, coordination, and execution of international training activities at Amann Girrbach headquarters in Mäder
• Provide an exceptional organizational experience for customers, partners, and employees participating in training programs
• Support the Global Training & Education department in delivering high-quality training events and educational initiatives
• Act as a central coordination point between trainers, participants, and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of training processes and administrative procedures
• Support the growth of Training & Education as a strategic pillar of Amann Girrbach’s global business activities

Job requirements

• Completed commercial, administrative, educational, or comparable training, ideally with experience in coordinating training programs, events, or educational activities
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills, combined with a customer-focused, hands-on, and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in an international, dynamic environment while maintaining a structured and reliable working style
• Experience in the dental, dental technology, or medical device industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools; experience with learning management systems or event management platforms is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills
