Amann Girrbach is seeking a part-time Training Coordinator at our Mäder location to plan and coordinate international training activities. You will ensure a smooth, professional experience for participants, customers, and colleagues.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and language skills in German and English, plus familiarity with MS Office and learning platforms. You will work with trainers and stakeholders across our global network.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the professional planning, coordination, and execution of international training activities at Amann Girrbach headquarters in Mäder
• Provide an exceptional organizational experience for customers, partners, and employees participating in training programs
• Support the Global Training & Education department in delivering high-quality training events and educational initiatives
• Act as a central coordination point between trainers, participants, and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of training processes and administrative procedures
• Support the growth of Training & Education as a strategic pillar of Amann Girrbach’s global business activities

Job requirements

• Completed commercial, administrative, educational, or comparable training, ideally with experience in coordinating training programs, events, or educational activities
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills, combined with a customer-focused, hands-on, and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in an international, dynamic environment while maintaining a structured and reliable working style
• Experience in the dental, dental technology, or medical device industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools; experience with learning management systems or event management platforms is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills
