Zusammenfassung

The OSCE Secretariat in Vienna invites qualified candidates for a seconded P3-level post within the Office of the SR-CTHB. The incumbent will advance anti-trafficking efforts across OSCE participating States, providing policy analysis, research and coordination of meetings and reports.

Qualifikationen

• First-level university degree in international relations, international development, public international law, human rights law, or related subjects.
• Seven years of progressively responsible professional experience in anti-trafficking, human rights, rule of law, migration, or related fields.
• Knowledge of THB and anti-trafficking stakeholders at national and international levels.
• Experience in multi-lateral policy and practice activities related to human trafficking.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and spoken communication; working knowledge of another OSCE region language desirable.
• Gender awareness and ability to integrate gender perspectives into tasks and activities.
• Ability to work as a team member with diverse backgrounds and coordinate with partners.
• Computer literacy with practical experience using Microsoft applications.

Aufgaben

• Analyze political, legal and human-dimension developments related to trafficking in human beings (THB) in participating States.
• Collect and analyze regional trends; prepare assessments against international standards.
• Develop background studies and occasional papers; supervise contracted experts.
• Organize meetings, workshops and conferences including Alliance Conference; prepare background materials.
• Draft briefing materials, speeches, policy papers and mission reports for internal use and public dissemination.
• Coordinate with delegations, NGOs, OSCE institutions and field operations for effective input integration.
• Support fundraising, project development and extra-budgetary opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
