Zusammenfassung

Erste Asset Management is seeking a Business Manager to bridge investment management, performance controlling, project management, and governance. You will support the CIO in turning strategic priorities into concrete initiatives and coordinate across Austria and CEE.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, coordinating reviews, and steering cross-functional projects. A background in finance or economics and strong data literacy are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Analytical and structured working style, with strong organizational skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate stakeholders.
• High data literacy and ability to work with AI tools to solve problems.

Aufgaben

• Monitor investment performance across EAM's fund range and external fund managers; coordinate follow-up actions.
• Prepare and coordinate regular performance reviews for the Investment Division.
• Manage cross-functional projects covering business, regulatory, process and IT topics; support the CIO.
