Job summary

ASKI, a member of the ABB Group, seeks a Technical Support specialist in Zell am Moos to resolve customer issues and sustain reliable energy management installations. You will engage with Engineering, Sales and Development teams to enhance our products and deliver professional, solution-oriented service.

The role emphasizes testing ideas in load/energy management, proposing improvements, and contributing to continuous product development with a structured, team-based approach.

Qualifications

• Technical education in electrical engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of network/fieldbus technologies or automation engineering.
• Interest in energy systems, photovoltaics, energy storage and electric mobility.

Responsibilities

• Be the first technical contact for customer inquiries and incidents as 1st Level Support.
• Configure, maintain, monitor, and service Energy Management Systems and installations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Development to improve products and services.
• Test new ideas and features in load and energy management with cross-functional teams.
