ABB is seeking a Shift Leader Electronics Manufacturing for a 3-shift onsite operation in Austria. You will lead and develop the shift team, ensure safe, quality-focused production, and drive on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

The role requires technical education, production experience with leadership exposure, strong German language skills, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP. Eligible candidates are prepared to work in a 3-shift environment and contribute to a global automation

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education or vocational training (apprenticeship, technical school or comparable qualification).
• Professional experience in a production environment, ideally with initial leadership or coordination experience.
• Very good communication and teamwork skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken, and willingness to work in a 3-shift operation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

• Lead and develop the shift team, including development discussions and personnel decisions.
• Ensure delivery schedules and quality/performance targets are met.
• Monitor compliance with safety, ESD protection and workplace conduct requirements.
