Zusammenfassung

Fronius International GmbH is seeking an experienced Technical Support International Solar & Energy professional to join Fronius México Team, based in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. This role focuses on international customer support within a sustainable energy context.

You will resolve technical inquiries about PV systems, energy storage and EV chargers, in English, collaborate with global colleagues, and occasionally represent Fronius at trade fairs while supporting installations and new projects.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Interest in renewable energy and PV systems.
• Willingness to develop photovoltaic and electrical engineering topics.
• Communicative and outgoing personality; independent and solution-oriented.

Aufgaben

• Resolve customers' technical issues with international colleagues by phone and email.
• Support international customers, including electrical installers and Fronius partners, in English.
• Represent Fronius at international trade fairs and provide support for existing installations and for planning of new systems.

We're looking for an experienced, passionate and customer focusedTechnical Support International Solar & Energy, based in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, to become a member of our Fronius México Team.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with our international colleagues to resolve customers' technical issues, thereby contributing to a sustainable future.

• As the central point of contact, you will support international customers, including electrical installers and Fronius partners, by phone and email, and analyze technical inquiries related to PV systems, energy storage solutions, and EV chargers (wallboxes) in English.

• Occasionally, you will represent us at international trade fairs and always provide competent support to customers, both for existing installations and for the planning of new systems.

We're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Completed technical education in the field of Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics

• Interest in renewable energy

• Willingness to develop expertise in photovoltaic and electrical engineering topics

• Communicative and outgoing personality

• Independent and solution-oriented working style

• Fluent English language skills

• Solid IT user skills (MS Office)
