You will support Welding, Solar and Energy product lines, work in a hybrid office/field setting, and help customers with installations while maintaining high service quality.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree or technical certification required.
• 1+ years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Aufgaben

• Offers email and telephone support for customer inquiries and issues.
• Diagnoses issues and guides customers through corrective actions.
• Escalates unresolved issues to internal teams to maximize satisfaction.
• Evaluates client needs for upgrades or upsells of installations.
• Delivers application advice for Fronius team members, end customers, distributors, and dealers.
• Supports Welding and Solar/Energy product lines with service calls and emails.
• Represents Fronius in a professional and respectful manner; adheres to escalation guidelines.
