Job summary

fonio is expanding its AI phone agents business in Europe and beyond. We seek a Technical Customer Success Manager for the Polish market who will own customer success, satisfaction and retention end to end for SMBs.

You will build relationships, identify value, and ensure customers extract maximum value through calls, setup improvements, and close collaboration with our developers for complex configurations.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Forward Deployment Engineer or a technical client-facing SaaS/B2B role.
• Strong technical understanding, able to read API documentation and error logs to troubleshoot setups.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Polish SMB customers across their lifecycle with fonio.
• Spend most of your time in calls and meetings with customers, building relationships and surfacing value.
• Run regular check-ins and proactive calls based on usage signals and expansion opportunities.
• Work with pipelines and playbooks, test your own initiatives to improve outcomes.
• Maximize value generated from each customer in your portfolio.
• Support customers setting up their AI assistant and coordinate with developers for complex setups.
• Own churn within your cohort by spotting risks early and acting on them.
• Work autonomously in HubSpot to manage activity.
