Job summary

Admiral Technologies GmbH in Austria seeks a Senior BI Lead to manage a high-performing data analytics team and drive impactful BI solutions for sports betting. You will set goals, mentor the team, and continuously improve the data landscape.

You will collaborate with Stakeholders, Product Managers and Data Engineers to translate complex requirements into scalable data solutions, fostering a collaborative, cross-functional agile culture and ensuring data governance and self-service analytics.

Job description

• Leadership, mentoring and development of a high-performing team of Data Analysts, including goal setting, delivery of impactful BI solutions and continuous improvement
• Collaboration and coordination with stakeholders, Product Managers and Data Engineers to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions with measurable business value in sports betting
• Fostering a collaborative and innovative culture within multicultural, cross-functional agile teams
• Translation of complex business requirements into scalable data solutions
• Ownership and continuous development of ADMIRAL’s data landscape, including semantic modeling, governance and self-service analytic

YOUR TECH-STACK

• Completed higher education (FH, university degree, or equivalent) in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience combined with hands‑on expertise in Business Intelligence within agile organizations
• Professional experience in the sports betting industry and a strong understanding of sports betting products, markets, and customer behavior
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive business value and continuous improvement
