ADMIRAL Technologies GmbH is seeking a senior BI leader to guide a high-performing analytics team within agile squads focused on sports betting. You will mentor analysts, drive BI initiatives, and collaborate with product managers and data engineers to deliver data-driven value.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in BI leadership, strong stakeholder skills, and a passion for turning data into insights that improve business outcomes across a global product landscape.

• Translate complex business needs into scalable data solutions.
• Own and develop ADMIRAL's data landscape, including semantic models and governance.

YOUR TECH-PART IN OUR TEAM

• Leadership, mentoring and development of a high-performing team of Data Analysts, including goal setting, delivery of impactful BI solutions and continuous improvement
• Collaboration and coordination with stakeholders, Product Managers and Data Engineers to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions with measurable business value in sports betting
• Fostering a collaborative and innovative culture within multicultural, cross-functional agile teams
• Translation of complex business requirements into scalable data solutions
• Ownership and continuous development of ADMIRAL’s data landscape, including semantic modeling, governance and self-service analytic

YOUR TECH-STACK

• Completed higher education (FH, university degree, or equivalent) in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience combined with hands-on expertise in Business Intelligence within agile organizations
• Professional experience in the sports betting industry and a strong understanding of sports betting products, markets, and customer behavior
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive business value and continuous improvement
