Job summary

Admiral Technologies GmbH in Austria seeks a Senior BI Lead to manage a high-performing data analytics team and drive impactful BI solutions for sports betting. You will set goals, mentor the team, and continuously improve the data landscape.

You will collaborate with Stakeholders, Product Managers and Data Engineers to translate complex requirements into scalable data solutions, fostering a collaborative, cross-functional agile culture and ensuring data governance and self-service analytics.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in BI within agile organizations.
Sports betting industry experience and understanding of betting products.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing data analytics team, setting goals and delivering impactful BI solutions.
Collaborate with Stakeholders, Product Managers and Data Engineers to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions with measurable business value in sports betting.
Foster a collaborative, innovative culture within multicultural, cross-functional agile teams.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions.
Own and continuously develop ADMIRAL's data landscape, including semantic modeling, governance and self-service analytics.
