Job summary

Otis SE in Vienna is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to optimize recruitment delivery across blue and white-collar roles, build a strong talent pipeline, and partner with HR business partners to deliver a best-in-class hiring experience.

You will source candidates, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and collaborate with the HR team to improve efficiency while engaging in events to raise Otis' brand in Austria.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, either within an agency or in-house setting, particularly in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workforce planning meetings to forecast resourcing needs.
• Develop relationships with HRBP and hiring managers to align recruitment practices and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
• Create innovative recruitment strategies reflecting role requirements and market conditions.
• Engage in events and networking to enhance Otis's brand in the talent market.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and administrative processes for candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with the HR team to integrate and streamline Talent Acquisition efforts.
• Identify and implement process improvements across Talent Acquisition operations.
