Otis Vienna HQ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to optimize recruitment for blue- and white-collar roles, ensuring fast, high-quality hires and a robust talent pipeline.

You will build strong relationships with HRBP and hiring managers, craft innovative recruitment strategies, and engage in events to raise Otis’s brand in the talent market. End-to-end recruitment and collaboration with HR will be key success factors.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in recruitment, agency or in-house in a corporate setting.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Proven ability to proactively source candidates and build relationships with hiring managers.

What are we looking for?

This role aims to optimize recruitment delivery across both blue and white-collar roles by enhancing speed and quality of hire, creating a robust talent pipeline, and fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, some of your key responsibilities will be to:

• Conducting workforce planning meetings to accurately forecast resourcing needs, ensuring optimal staffing levels
• Developing strong relationships with HRBP and hiring managers to align recruitment practices and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Creating innovative recruitment strategies that reflect both role requirements and current market conditions, attracting top-tier talent
• Engaging in events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and strengthen Otis's presence in the talent market
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and administrative processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for candidates and hiring managers
• Collaborating closely with the HR team to integrate and streamline talent acquisition efforts
• Identifying and implementing process improvements across Talent Acquisition operations to boost efficiency and effectiveness

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, either within an agency or in-house setting, particularly in a corporate environment
• Fluency in German and English. Any other European language is a plus
• Proven track record of proactively sourcing candidates and establishing strong working relationships with hiring managers
• Passion for Talent Acquisition and a commitment to delivering best-in-class service
• Effective communication skills and the ability to grasp commercial concepts and complex procedures
