Otis Vienna HQ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to optimize recruitment delivery for blue and white-collar roles, building a robust talent pipeline and strong relationships with hiring managers. The role is based at Otis Vienna HQ with hybrid work (2 office days).

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, engage in events, proactively source candidates, and collaborate with HRBP to deliver best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated recruitment experience in agency or in-house corporate environments.
• Fluency in German and English required; other European languages a plus.
• Proven ability to proactively source candidates and build strong relationships with hiring managers.

What are we looking for?

This role aims to optimize recruitment delivery across both blue and white-collar roles by enhancing speed and quality of hire, creating a robust talent pipeline, and fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, some of your key responsibilities will be to:

• Conducting workforce planning meetings to accurately forecast resourcing needs, ensuring optimal staffing levels


• Developing strong relationships with HRBP and hiring managers to align recruitment practices and deliver an exceptional candidate experience


• Creating innovative recruitment strategies that reflect both role requirements and current market conditions, attracting top-tier talent


• Engaging in events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and strengthen Otis's presence in the talent market


• Manage end-to-end recruitment and administrative processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for candidates and hiring managers


• Collaborating closely with the HR team to integrate and streamline talent acquisition efforts


• Identifying and implementing process improvements across Talent Acquisition operations to boost efficiency and effectiveness

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, either within an agency or in-house setting, particularly in a corporate environment


• Fluency in German and English. Any other European language is a plus


• Proven track record of proactively sourcing candidates and establishing strong working relationships with hiring managers


• Passion for Talent Acquisition and a commitment to delivering best-in-class service


• Effective communication skills and the ability to grasp commercial concepts and complex procedures
