Qualifikationen

• Master or PhD in System Engineering or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and professional presentation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English; strong cross‑functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development program (product) ensuring mechanical, electrical hardware and tool software meet the system specification.
• Own the system specification based on product specs and configuration options.
• Resolve design tradeoffs to ensure integration and performance per the system spec.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards during concept and detailed design phases.
• Own BOM setup and release documentation.
• Prepare engineering deliverables (FMEA, specs, risk analyses).
• Be responsible for all interfaces across the product ensuring they are well defined.
• Participate in cost allocation and meet cost targets.
• Own reliability allocation model, reliability design approach and test plans.
