Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 3+ years; or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and technical presentation skills in both German and English.
• Highly proficient in 3D CAD tools such as CREO, Siemens NX, ProE, SolidWorks, and others.

Aufgaben

• Lead wet chemical process hardware development from concept through productization, including chamber design, prototyping and validation.
• Design and integrate fluid delivery, recirculation, drainage and spray systems for high-performance wet processing applications.
• Develop PnIDs, chamber layouts and flow concepts to ensure uniform chemical distribution, thermal stability and process performance.
• Select materials and components with focus on chemical compatibility, corrosion resistance and long-term reliability.
• Define requirements, perform engineering analyses and execute testing to validate chamber, fluidic and thermal performance.
• Generate technical documentation, FMEA and specifications to deliver safe, manufacturable and cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams while providing technical leadership and mentorship in wet process hardware and chamber design.
