Job summary

Pictet, based in Geneva, seeks a hands-on data/AI engineer to advance an internal sustainability platform. You will work on a multi-asset, multi-theme portfolio tool built with Python, PostgreSQL, and LLM-based agents, collaborating with engineering, data, infrastructure and security teams.

Your role spans data governance, cloud infrastructure, testing, and user-facing dashboards, with opportunities to drive impact investing tooling and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in data, AI or software roles.
• Strong SQL and data management skills with pipelines and data quality.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt design in real projects.
• Able to translate business needs into technical solutions and explain them clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the platform with data pipelines, LLM-based agents, analytics and reporting features.
• Own and understand data, maintaining a single source of truth across schema and quality.
• Industrialise with secure, multi-user cloud infrastructure and solid testing/docs.
• Implement evaluation, guardrails and human review for explainable outputs.
• Act as interface between business and technical teams across engineering and security.
