Zusammenfassung

Elcasecurity is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to take technical lead on data science and AI/ML projects in Switzerland. You will design, develop and implement end-to-end solutions and communicate results to stakeholders.

You will model complex business problems with ML, build data pipelines, and maintain MLOps to automate training, deployment and monitoring. Collaboration with IT and engineering teams and mentoring junior data scientists are key aspects of the role.

Qualifikationen

• A degree from a technical university.
• At least 5 years of experience in AI as a data scientist, ML engineer or similar.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), data analysis tools (pandas) and MLOps tools (MLflow).
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, network tech, data storage, web services and software collaboration tools (Git, JIRA, Teams).
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and big data platforms (Spark, Databricks) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; travel around Romandie; excellent French/English communication.
