Job summary

OMICRON is seeking a Subprocess Manager for Supply Products to lead and develop the Supply Products subprocess, ensuring availability of products and accessories and taking responsibility for operational performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive decisions and continuous improvement, and you will support and develop leaders while fostering an inclusive, collaborative work environment in an international setting with English as the common language.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations; electronics manufacturing a plus.
• Proven experience leading and developing people, teams or projects.
• Strategic thinking and decision making with cross-functional input.
• Excellent communication across organizational boundaries.
