Erste Digital GmbH seeks a Head of Department for Cyber & Information Security to shape the security strategy, ISMS and assurance model across the Group. You will translate Group direction into practical standards and drive resilience and measured delivery.

Lead teams, establish reusable security patterns, and ensure early involvement in strategic technology changes. You will report to Group Security and align with stakeholders to turn security into measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience in security strategy, ISMS, compliance and assurance.
• Strong understanding of information security management systems, control frameworks, audit and enterprise security architecture.
• Ability to translate findings and regulatory expectations into practical improvements.
• Ability to turn strategic intent into pragmatic, implementable outcomes.
• Credibility with technical experts and senior stakeholders; curiosity for emerging technologies.
