Erste Digital in Vienna is seeking a Head of Security Strategy to shape the security direction for the Group and translate it into a coherent ISMS, standards and architecture. You will lead teams across Cyber Defense Center and other domains to drive measurable security outcomes.

Lead the development of security principles, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster collaboration with Group Security while enabling sustainable delivery across Erste Digital and the wider Group.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience in security strategy, ISMS and compliance.
• Strong understanding of information security management systems and architecture.
• Ability to turn findings into practical improvement.
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and technical experts.
