CoolPeople Technology is seeking a Senior Head of Security Strategy to drive strategic and managerial oversight of Cyber and Information Security in an international banking environment. You will connect security strategy with ISMS, compliance and assurance, security architecture and leadership.

Responsibilities include defining the cybersecurity strategy, leading governance and audits, and translating group requirements into practical controls.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive leadership experience in cyber/information security.
• Proven ability to translate group requirements into practical controls and standards.
• Experience with ISMS, governance, and audit remediation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder communication at executive level.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
