Erste Digital is seeking a Head of Cyber Exposure & Assurance to lead vulnerability exposure, assurance, and advisory activities. You will shape capabilities across the Group, drive strategic delivery, and manage outcomes with accountability and leadership.

The role focuses on turning technical findings into actionable remediation, aligning stakeholders, and elevating security maturity across the organization. Vienna-based, full-time position with competitive salary.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience in vulnerability/exposure management, security assurance, advisory, offensive security or a comparable security domain.
• Broad technical understanding to distinguish material security issues from noise.
• Ability to communicate complex findings and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Shape exposure discovery, prioritization, monitoring and validation activities.
• Translate findings and gaps into prioritized remediation guidance for technology owners.
• Help stakeholders choose appropriate security treatments and decisions.
• Validate controls through realistic testing and external disclosure channels.
