You will shape PM practices, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle in a high-tech, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed education in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects, ideally international.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, traditional and agile.
• Excellent organizational and structured, solution-oriented working style.
• Outstanding communication and facilitation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Independently lead and manage national and international IT projects end to end.
• Plan, coordinate and implement digitalization and transformation initiatives.
• Take responsibility for scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality.
• Facilitate workshops, align stakeholders, ensure transparent communication.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM standards, methodologies, practices.
