You will lead strategic sourcing, supplier risk management and digitalization efforts, driving KPI-driven performance and ESG compliance, and act as interface between procurement and divisions. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt beneficial.
• Several years of experience in supply chain management in international industrial environments.
• Expertise in demand planning, procurement, logistics, and supplier management.
• Excellent English; German and additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficiency in SAP and common SCM tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies for complex capital projects and divisional portfolios.
• Ensure material availability and on-time delivery across project phases.
• Manage supplier relationships and risk throughout the supply chain.
• Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, and global SCM structures.
• Drive strategic sourcing, bundling initiatives, and continuous improvement.
• Implement ESG requirements and ensure supply chain compliance.
• Oversee contract negotiations and claim management with Legal and project teams.
• Drive digitalization and automation across supply chain processes to improve transparency and decision-making.
• Promote harmonization of supply chain processes across divisions and projects.
• Implement international best practices in sourcing, supplier risk, and KPI-driven performance.
• Benchmark supply chain performance against global standards to identify improvements.
• Support resilient and agile supply networks to respond to disruptions and market dynamics.
• Act as interface between the procurement department and the division.
