Interpath, a global advisory firm, seeks a Manager in Procurement Consulting to lead multi‑stakeholder procurement projects and shape cost optimization strategies across procurement, logistics, and supply chain. Qualifikationen

• Strong academic background, including potentially a Master's or PhD, with hands-on procurement consulting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and on-site teams while ensuring cost control and implementation success.
• Strong commercial understanding including P&L impact and connecting procurement to cash, EBITDA, working capital and KPIs.
• Excellent category knowledge including market dynamics, key suppliers, cost drivers, and negotiation levers.
• Familiarity with eProcurement/P2P systems, spend analytics tools and data visualization.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and ownership beyond project delivery to grow market presence.
• Willingness to work on client sites across Germany, the EU, and internationally.

Aufgaben

• Assess current procurement processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and strategic priorities.
• Identify improvement opportunities by analysing bottlenecks, inefficiencies, cost drivers, and risks across procurement, logistics, planning, and distribution.
• Design and implement cost‑effective procurement strategies that ensure compliance and positively impact EBITDA, working capital & KPIs.
• Conduct supplier evaluations including leading negotiations, managing contracts and benchmarking against best practices for ongoing performance management.
• Manage stakeholders and articulate procurement value to CFO, COO & supply chain leadership; prepare reports, forecasts and spend analyses.
• Lead or support large‑scale change management initiatives including restructuring, acquisition integration, and readiness planning for disruptions.
• Collaborate with the Austrian Managing Director to support sales and business development and build Interpath’s presence in Austria.
• Engage with potential new clients, building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities across the Austrian market.
