You will own end-to-end performance, ensure material availability, drive supplier quality, ESG compliance, and lead the Division and Project Supply Chain team with accountability and execution excellence.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in supply chain management for complex projects.
• Leadership experience in international industrial environments.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt beneficial.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent English; additional languages advantageous.
• Proficiency in SAP and SCM tools.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies with business partners and your team.
• Own end-to-end supply chain performance across sourcing, logistics execution, and supplier quality.
• Lead and develop the Division and Project Supply Chain teams with accountability and execution focus.
• Ensure material availability, reliable logistics execution, and adherence to quality across project milestones.
• Establish supplier performance frameworks covering quality, delivery, and risk management.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, quality, logistics, and global SCM structures.
• Drive strategic sourcing, bundling initiatives, and continuous improvement with focus on total cost, quality, and delivery (TCO).
• Implement ESG requirements and ensure supplier and logistics partner compliance.
• Handle supplier-related risks, escalations, and quality topics with structured mitigation.
• Oversee contract negotiations and claims management with Legal teams.
• Drive digitalization and KPI-driven performance of supply chain processes.
• Harmonize supply chain processes across divisions and projects.
• Adopt international best practices in sourcing, supplier governance, and logistics excellence.
• Benchmark supply chain performance against global standards to identify improvements.
